SERVICE TEAM GUIDELINES

In addition to the standard personal hygiene guidelines, our service teams have also

implemented the below:

  • All service team members in the workshop have been provided with gloves for work.
  • Shifts have been adjusted to reduce the number of team members working  at the same time in the workshop.
  • All drivers work alone and have access to masks and gloves. They leave the van windows and doors open and disinfect the inside of the van between shifts.
  • All vans have sealable bins to dispose of cleaning equipment.
  • All deliveries are disinfected.
  • We are using a general multi-surface cleaner antibacterial cleaner and/or alcohol-based solution to wipe down equipment. Each bike is wiped down with one sheet from a blue roll/kitchen roll.
  • Handlebars, lock, and seats are regularly sanitised when they arrive and leave the workshop and when drivers check them in the field.
